The Alexander JFS Career and Employment Center provides support, guidance, motivation and opportunities for clients facing challenges. Our Career Coaches create a structured career plan based on validated assessments, skill sets and personal interests. We tailor and personalize each plan to cater to the client’s individual challenges. We actively collaborate with employers to create an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Guiding clients in their job search and career development.

Personalized job coaching and mentoring are crucial for clients facing challenges to employment. Our Career Coaches support our clients by helping them navigate through their challenges including professionals 50+, career gaps, disabilities, family responsibilities, lack of required education, legal issues and termination.

People with Disabilities

Personalized job coaching and counseling are crucial for individuals facing barriers to employment. Our certified Career Coaches provide guidance on career development, overcoming obstacles, and building the necessary skills for successful employment.

Self-advocacy
SSI/SSDI Benefit application services
