Adult Counseling

We provide a safe and supportive environment with licensed mental health professionals to assist adults, couples and families in improving their overall well-being.

Sometimes life is challenging and we might struggle with how to handle different situations. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment in which to learn how to cope with transitions and/or specific challenges that have become a barrier to happiness or the ability to enjoy healthy relationships.

Alexander Jewish Family Service offers licensed professionals to provide counseling services for adults 18 and up. Whether you're struggling with family issues, medical challenges, interpersonal skills, mood changes/regulation (including depression and anxiety), grief/bereavement, recovery from trauma, workplace stress or something else, speaking with one of our therapists can restore balance.

The first step is reaching out for help. Contact us today to set something up: (713) 986-7825 or adultcounseling@alexanderjfs.org.

We help you cope with:
  • Life transitions
  • Family issues
  • Health challenges
  • Trauma
  • Mood regulation
