This group is designed for adults who hope to enhance self-awareness, improve intrapersonal relationships, and reduce anxiety and distress.
Explore the therapeutic benefits that mindfulness practices offer. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, everyone is encouraged to join in and deepen their understanding of mindfulness.
Practice an array of mindfulness exercises designed to cultivate present-moment awareness, cultivate compassion, and enhance overall well-being. From guided meditations to mindful movement practices, there's something for everyone to explore and incorporate into their daily routines.
