Client Fee Reduction Options:

• ‍Financial Aid – Sliding scale fees are based on household income, number of people living in the home and current financial obligations. Alexander JFS Case Management/Financial Aid department will evaluate your situation to determine a reduction or sliding scale fee.‍

• ‍Texas Workforce Commission, Vocational Rehabilitation (TWC, VR) – Clients who qualify for services from TWC, VR will not be asked to pay a fee to Alexander JFS or TWC, VR.  All services are covered through a contract between Alexander JFS and TWC, VR. To qualify, a client has a disability that impacts the person’s ability to find or maintain employment.  Visit the TWC, VR website to learn more about their services.

No client is turned away for services due to the inability to pay a fee.

Payments may be made in the form of cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.

Professional ethics prohibit our professional staff from accepting personal gifts from clients, business transactions, buying or selling of goods, or bartering between clients and any Alexander JFS staff is not permitted.

Employer Fees:

• ‍Disability Etiquette/Accommodations Presentations – These services are provided without a charge.
• ‍Job Placement – These services are provided without a charge.‍
• Outplacement Services – These services are charged based on the number of employees and the package/services provided to the employer and employees.
